Our Omnichannel solution is a comprehensive customer support center including omnichannel capabilities. It allows businesses to centralise their customer support operations, enabling customers to contact them through voice and email.

Once purchased, how can I access the Telavox Omnichannel?

To access the Omnichannel, click on the headset symbol in the desktop app. The first view displays a dashboard summarizing all your events for the day.

You can see sections like:

  • Errands with a due date this week

  • Incoming collaborations

  • Errands that are forwarded to you

  • And expiring errands

Good to know, that errands are like tickets which you have received. This overview helps you stay organized and manage your tasks efficiently. In the panel on the left hand side of the app, you have an inbox containing all new and unassigned errands. 

When you click on an errand, it is automatically assigned to you and moved to the My Errands inbox.
