In an errand with a customer you can also collaborate with your colleagues and make internal comments. This way, you can add notes and comments in the errand without notifying the customer.
Collaborate
Collaborate is a functionality that allows you to collaborate with your colleagues. Both, your internal colleagues, and also external colleagues such as consultants.
If you click on the tab Collaborate in an errand, you can start creating a new email thread with your colleague. Simply type in the email address, write a descriptive email about the ongoing errand in the email field, and once everything looks ready, click on Send.
Good to know
A little tip: mark Include all history if you want the receiver to see the whole history with the customer as well.
Internal comments
If you wish to add a comment in the errand that is only visible for you and your colleagues, then you can use the internal comment functionality. You can use if by clicking on the tab Internal comment, write your comment in the box in the view there, and click on Save.
