Overview
Statistics, Co-monitoring, and Recorded Calls are Additional services that must be added on a user level in the Admin portal.
Statistics
Statistics is a part of CC Pro.

The user can fetch statistics for members of the selected group. The CC/Statistics feature is required for this right.

Co-monitoring
Co-monitoring is a part of CC Pro.
Ability to listen in to the calls of the members of the selected group.
A sound will be played to announce that a co-listening has started.

Recorded calls
Recorded Calls is an Additional service you add on the user level; read more in the article Additional services.
After the additional service is added, it is common to give the user permission to listen and access their recorded calls. Permissions for this are administered under User > Permissions.
Recorded Calls: This option gives the user access to the Recorded Calls tab in the admin portal, which can be used to access all recorded calls (or only for a specific group).
Read more about how to manage Recorded Calls in the Admin portal in the article Recorded calls – Admin portal, and read more about how we store and handle Recorded Calls here.
Administration
All user settings in the Admin portal are managed by administrators.
Administrators can get access to administrate all users in the company or a specific group. In the article Groups, visibility and sub-admin, you can read more about how to create and manage Groups.
Invoice
When adding the Permission Invoice, the user gets access to see all generated Invoices, and the user also gets access to create and edit Costs- and invoice places.
Read more in the article Invoice Places & Delivery Addresses on how to create and handle Invoice places and Delivery Addresses.
Listen to recorded calls
Gives the user the opportunity to see and listen to their own recorded calls in their call history (softphone/desktop app). Read more on how to active Recorded Calls in the Desktop app on article Setting up call recording.
