Scheduling Custom events and Holidays in PBX services
With the scheduling feature, you can effortlessly set Custom events and public Holidays specific to your country. Additionally, you can bulk edit all your PBX services to apply the same settings.
Now, scheduling Custom events and Holidays (red days) in the Admin Portal is easier than ever.

How to Schedule Custom event and Holidays
- Log in to the Admin Portal.
- Navigate to PBX services.
- Switch to Table View in the top-right corner.
- Click on Scheduling.
- Select the PBX services where you want to add Custom events and Holidays.
- If the selected PBX services already have a schedule, you can clear the existing schedule before proceeding.
- Then click Add event.
In the next pop-up window, you will be presented with two alternatives, Custom events and Holidays.
Custom events
Under Custom events, you can bulk edit opening hours using PBX modes.
This functionality is the same as when scheduling opening hours directly in a queue but in this view you can bulk edit Custom events on multiple IVRs and queues.
- Choose PBX mode.
- Set the Start time and End time.
- Choose whether the event should for example be Recurring every week.
- Then click Add event.

DeleteHolidays
Under Holidays, you can bulk edit opening hours for public holidays.
- Choose the PBX mode.
- Select the Country.
- Choose the Holiday you want to apply. Click the arrow under Holiday to see a list of all holidays for the selected country.
- Click See more dates to view all upcoming occurrences of this holiday.
- Set the Start time and End time.
- Choose whether the event should for example be Recurring every year.
- Then click Add event.
PBX Modes
When you select multiple PBX services, matching PBX modes will be available as options under the tab PBX modes. Closed is the default and will always be an option. You can add more PBX modes under the PBX Modes tab here. If you want to create additional PBX modes to choose from, you need to create new ones:
- Select the PBX services for which you want to create additional PBX modes.
- Click Create New PBX mode.
- Enter a description – use a description that clearly defines the state of the PBX mode. Common PBX modes among our customers include Closed Standby, Closed for Christmas and Open at Weekends.
- Then click Create.
If you click on the PBX mode you just created, you can modify it's settings and behavior. Different IVRs and queues can have different behaviours.
Hide PBX Services
You can hide Queues and IVRs under Name and number on the same page.
- Go to Name and number.
- Select the desired PBX service.
- Scroll down to Hide from Apps.

Select the checkbox.
