All Telavox systems are monitored 24/7/365. In the event of any abnormalities or system alerts, our operational organization is on standby to take action within a few minutes, which means that we can often deal with any issue that arises before our users are affected.

If you wish to opt out on or change emails and SMS sent through the Status page, simply click the Subscribe button, then select Manage Subscription, and then fill in the email address you opted in with. Then you will receive an email with a link to a page where you can opt out from specific emails and SMS.
