If you have forgotten or lost your Telavox account password, you're able to reset your password and choose a new one.
- Go to the Telavox login page
- Click on the Forgot password? button
- Enter the email address or phone number associated with your account and click the Reset password button.
If you have an email connected to your account you will receive the reset link by email, and if you don't you will receive it as an SMS instead.
If you have neither an email address or mobile number connected to your account, please contact your company admin who can reset your password with the help of this guide.
- Access your email account and look for the email that was sent out by Telavox. If you cannot find it, please check in your spam folder as well.
When you have found the email, simply click on the link that was sent out. The link is only valid for 48 hours so if you have waited longer than that you will need to redo this process from step 1 again.
- After clicking the link you will be redirected to a website. Here you will see a field for a reset code, and this should be filled in automatically with the correct code. If there is already a code you can simply click Next, if it's not automatically filled in you will have to enter the code that you can find in the reset email that was sent out.
- On the next page you simply have to enter your new password in the two fields and then click Next.
You can now log into your Telavox account with your new password!
