Activate Call Waiting
Call waiting makes it possible to answer incoming calls while you have an active call. Answering the call will put the original call on hold. If you do not handle the incoming call, it will be treated as a missed call.
Remember to activate Calls waiting in your mobile phone's own settings. You should therefore have Call Waiting active both via the Desktop app and in the mobile phone itself. The same applies if you do not want the function activated, then it should be deactivated on both.
If you experience problems, we recommend restarting your mobile phone.
With Call Waiting you can choose to, for example:
- Answer the new call and put the first one on hold.
- Reject the new call.
- End the current call to answer the new one.
