How to mass assign licenses
You can easily assign licenses to multiple users at once within the Admin portal. Follow these steps below:
- Log in to the Admin portal.
- Navigate to the Users tab.
- Click on Licenses.
- Select the users you wish to update from the list.
A little tip: You can use ⌘ + click to select multiple individual items, or Shift + click to select a range (Windows: use Ctrl + click instead of ⌘). - Click the cogwheel icon next to the license type you want to assign.
- Choose a license. You can click Show comparison to see a detailed breakdown of the features included in each tier.
- Select your desired license (e.g., Business Mobile) and click Change license.
- Before the assignment is finalized, a pop-up window will display the General Requirements that must be met.
Example: For Business Mobile, users must have a valid phone number on their contact card for the license to be activated and to receive calls.
You can add phone numbers under the Contact details section.

- Click Next and in the next step choose when the license should be assigned to the user, you can choose between Assign now or Custom date.
- Then click on Confirm.
