Installation steps 

1 Create a ticket to CSM for activating CloudCTI

• Provide us with the telavox customerID 
• Provide us which users needs to have this integration

2 End-user's to-do list

1. Create a bearer token, named: CloudCTI - TAPI
2. Save the bearer token on a save place
3. Login into the CloudCTI webclient (every user should do this)
   Username = Email
   Password = Bearer token

   

4. You can now close the CloudCTI webclient.
5. You can now download and install the CloudCTI Windows client. The TAPI driver will be installed automatically. Make. sure you have at least V2.0.230.

6. When installed, make sure that the Telavox telephony component is installed and activated.
