Save money, save the environment
If you get invoiced by letter then this is a great opportunity to save money by changing to get invoices via email, direct debit, or e-invoice (for companies) instead. Contact us and we'll help you out! Or you can do this yourself in the same place as where you change your invoice address which you can read about further below. (Go to the section "How do I change our invoice adress?")
What happens if I do not pay my invoice on time?
We send out invoices on the first day of each month with 25 days of payment time permitted. If you do not pay the invoice on time, the first reminder will expire 7 days after the due date, and after 14 days we will send the second reminder via letter.
How do I get economy permissions in Telavox?
An administrator can give economy permissions through the Admin portal by navigating to Users > Permissions to then administrate permissions for one or multiple users.
How do I see if an invoice is paid?
Users with economy permission can, via the Admin portal, navigate to the tab Invoices (in the left side menu). Here you can easily see all invoices and their status as well, for example 'paid'. This is also where you can download your invoices, with a complete invoice specification in PDF or Excel.
How do I change our invoice adress?
This is also done below the Invoices tab and then Invoice places.
You can't remove an invoice place or change the organisation number here. You can also choose which format you want to get the invoice in, but to get it as e-invoice please contact us!
What do the different items on my invoice mean?
An invoice contains a summary of the services you have purchased from us.
If you download the invoice specification, you'll have access to further information regarding the usage of the services. The services will also be specified on a user and department level.
What if I overpay or pay the same invoice multiple times?
If you happen to pay too much or pay the same invoice several times, the excess sum will be credited to you by being automatically deducted from your next invoice. If you would rather have the money refunded, then that can be arranged by Contacting us.
Why do I get billed for calls?
If you have used the 3,000 minutes included in your Mobile or Fixed license, you will be billed for the calls exceeding it.
If you call a national service or corporate number, you will be billed according to the service provider's traffic rates. If you have a flat rate, it can be that you made these calls before the flat rate was activated.
What does it mean to call via satellite?
If you wish to use data, call, send a text or mms from a place where the normal mobile network can’t reach you, you can be connected via satellite instead. This is often the case when you travel by airplane or ferry to a different country. The satellite has a much farther reach than mobile networks, however it has different prices as well. Please consult the traffic price-list to see what it would cost you.
