Overview page and Widgets

On the Contacts tab, you get a quick overview of key tools such as the Dial Pad, Favorite contacts, and Ongoing Queue Calls.

All widgets you can choose from are: 

• Dialpad
• Favorite services
• Recently contacted
• Schedule
• Logo
• Missed Queue Calls
• Favorite contacts
• Ongoing queue calls
• Incoming queue calls

You can customize this overview by adding, removing or rearranging widgets:

1. Go to the Contacts tab.
   
2. Click Settings in the upper-right corner.
   
3. To add a widget, check the box and click Save.
4. To remove a widget, uncheck the box.
5. To reorder widgets, click and drag them up or down.
