If you use an Android phone, you have the option of adding a quick selection menu during calls on your mobile phone.

You can find the function in the Telavox mobile app below Settings > General > Turn on Quickmenu for transfer and toggle calls.

When the function is switched on, you will get a Telavox symbol in the call menu. If you click on the symbol, you get the option to either transfer the call to your landline or forward the call.

If you choose to forward the call, your Telavox application opens and you can connect to a colleague or any phone number of your choosing.
