How to handle call routing
You can create call routings for both incoming and outgoing calls on a user level both in the Admin portal as an administrator and in the desktop app on a user level.
Follow the steps below to create and make changes on Call routings in the Admin portal:
- Go to Users.
- Select the user you wish to make changes on.
- Click on Call routing.
- Choose if you like to add an Incoming or Outgoing call routing.
Under Call routing for incoming calls you can, for example, choose between blocking a specific number or all numbers for incoming calls on a specific profile.
Under Call routing for outgoing calls, you can for example choose to add a blocker for Grey-listed destinations or All international calls.
- To make an exception on an existing call routing, click on the pen > exception.
- To delete a Call routing, click on the trash can icon.
