Onboarding mail

When you create a new user‍, you get the choice of sending out an onboarding mail with information on how to get started with Telavox. If a user has been created without an email-address then it can be added later below account and login. 

Here comes a step-by-step explanation of the onboarding mail!

1. Start by clicking Activate your account here. The activation code will already be filled in. Down by Get started right away, you can download our app for either Apple or Android phones.

2. Use the code you got in the first step to very and then click OK.

3. Now, you'll be able to choose a new password.

This password will work for both the mobile app and your softphone.

4. If you have filled in everything correctly, you will get this message and be able to log in to both the app and your softphone. You can use either your phone number or your email address as a username.

Note!

A welcome email is valid for 1 year
A password reset request is valid for 48 hours
An Email validation link is valid for 7 days
Revert link is valid for 60 days (This means that if a user's email address has been changed after sending an email validation link, the link sent to the old email address is valid for 60 days)
