Order new numbers

As an administrator, you can order and purchase international new numbers. This can be done through the admin portal in the section Phone Numbers

  1. If your company is international select the correct country in the top left corner so you can purchase numbers for the correct country. 
  2. After that, click the plus sign in the lower right corner. 
  3. Then, click the shopping cart next to Acquire new numbers. 
  4. When that's done, select what type of numbers you are looking for (landline or mobile numbers).
  5. Then select the preferred area code.
  6. The system will show you all the available numbers and their prices. Once you have selected a number or a number series, click To Order. 
  7. Make sure you have all the numbers you need, and click Continue
  8. Select the Invoice place to which the numbers are to be charged. If you don't have a Invoice place you can create one by follow the step by step guide on our article Place, Invoice places & Delivery addresses‍. 
  9. Then click on To confirmation.
  10. You will then be given an order confirmation, so check that the information is correct in it.
  11. When your order looks correct, tick the box "I approve the general terms of purchase"
  12. And then select Confirm
  13. Now the numbers have been added to your Telavox environment, where you can select them for use.

Please check below for country-specific information regarding the company information you need to enter:

Swedish numbers

  • You don't need to have a physical address to be able to order Telavox numbers.
  • A VAT number should be added for example like this SE543210123401.

  • You don't need to have a physical address to be able to order Telavox numbers.
  • A CVR (VAT-number) only contains numbers and should be added for example like this 12345678.

Norwegien numbers

  • You need to have a physical address in Norway that is registered to the company (if there is no physical address, Telavox will get fined). 
  • On the Invoice place fill in all the necessary information such as Description, First and last name, Company name, Email address, Place (address), Price list on the Invoice Place and set the billing country to Norway.
  • When creating the Invoice Place, the Invoice Place needs to be VAT-free if the country of the receiving company is not Norway. 
  • A MVA (VAT-number) should be added for example like this 123 456 789 MVA

  • You don't need to have a physical address to be able to order Telavox numbers.

UK numbers

  • You need to have a physical address in Norway that is registered on the company (if there is no physical address, Telavox will get fined).
  • On the Invoice place fill in all the necessary information such as Description, First and last name, Company name, Email address, Place (address), Price list on the Invoice Place and set the billing country to UK.
  • When creating the Invoice Place, the Invoice Place needs to be VAT-free if the country of the receiving company is not Norway. 
  • A GB (VAT-number) should be added for example like this GB123456789

Street Number: This should only be a number not followed by a letter (e.g. 36, not 36A).

Street Number: This should only be a number not followed by a letter (e.g. 36, not 36A).
ZIP code: Should be in the format XXXX YY (where X is a number and Y is a letter).

VAT Number: Should be in the format BExxxxxxxxxx (Where x can only be a number).
Street Number: This should only be a number not followed by a letter (e.g. 36, not 36A).
